Clinical Supervisor-Cath Lab Under the supervision of the manager, monitors patient care activities within budget, monitors daily census and staff usage, monitors use of premium labor. Oversees the daily charging process and assures staff education and participation in the appropriate assignment of patient charges, as applicable. Assists with the creation of the monthly staff schedule to maintain adequate daily staffing levels. Successfully achieves efficiency and flow of daily schedule from the floors to ACU and to the Cath lab. Always works to review staffing as it relates to census on a shift-by-shift basis. In collaboration with Director, works with Medical Staff and other departments to ensure coordination and integration of clinical processes to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
