Responsibilities Responsible for performing in-office and/or remote interrogations and any necessary reprogramming of cardiac devices. Independently documents instance of patient care in electronic medical record. Assures the accuracy and completeness of documentation and adherence to billing guidelines. Performs independent daily reviews of remote transmissions from implanted devices.
