About the Role This position supports the facility’s mission by providing nursing care for individuals living in SEVTC Steppingstones neighborhood. The team nurse also assists the team in provision of support to meet additional individual needs. Nursing duties require the integration of health care needs and support into the overall habilitation plan, collaborating with the PST (Personal Support Team) and physicians to provide optimal services, and providing ongoing training to direct support staff members. All SEVTC positions are required to work different shifts and/or overtime as requested. All new hires must successfully complete the facility’s pre-service training program.
