Offer counseling and psychotherapy services to patients and their families. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
